For example, they created "Global Recharge Days" that occur once a month which allows employees to have a day off without having to take a day off. These were created during the pandemic to help employees rest and recharge. However, everyone stated how they really boosted moral and helped with overall mental health, that Cadence kept them post pandemic. You do not see many companies listen to their employees' needs and concerns as much as Cadence does.

My favorite thing about Ally is how well we empower individuals to come up with unique ways to accomplish business goals. Every contributor is encouraged to think and suggest better ways to solve problems here. Yes, there are many companies that say they do that, but no other firm that I have worked for seems to value original thinking more than this one. If my ideas will contribute to business goals and objectives, then management will listen.
